Opened in 1985 the New (Student) Residence Hall is a U-shaped, Neo-colonial style building which houses approximately 350 students.

TBS Services, Inc. was engaged by the College to investigate the existing conditions of the building envelope components to identify the source of the chronic water infiltration at the Basement Lounge, recommend solutions, and provided design, bidding and construction administration services. The scope of the project included partial replacement of the steep-slope shingle roof systems, replacement of the low-slope roof systems, new storm water collection systems (i.e. gutters and downspouts), and miscellaneous masonry wall repairs.
