Indian River High School

Indian River High School is a 145,000 square foot building located in Dagsboro, Delaware. In conjunction with the original construction manager, TBS provided the professional services required to perform an evaluation of all conditions associated with chronic water infiltration. The process included investigative water testing, forensic demolition of existing construction, and preparation of remedial work documentation.
