Our Practice

TBS Services, Inc. is a specialized architectural consultation firm. Founded in 1996, the primary focus of the practice is the design and evaluation of building envelope systems for both new and existing buildings. TBS Services, Inc. provides our clients, owners, architects, and construction managers, design and constructability counsel for new buildings from the conceptual phase through construction. In addition, TBS Services provides our clients involved with existing facilities, the resources necessary to identify and resolve building envelope deficiencies for all building types from the assessment phase through documentation and construction completion.

Forensic Investigation

TBS Services provides clients with existing facilities the resources to identify and resolve building envelope deficiencies for both historic and contemporary building types.

• Investigation of infiltration sources
• Diagnosis and recommendations on remedial work
• Development of scope of work contract document development
• Preliminary budget & project schedule
