Kent County Court House

The old Kent County Courthouse was built in the late 19th century, in a Victorian (later converted to Georgian) vernacular architecture. The building was expanded in several stages over its life, most recently in the early 1980’s. TBS Services assisted Nason Construction with the quality control of the exterior portion of the new 140,000 square foot expansion adjacent to the old courthouse on the most historic green in Dover, DE. TBS was engaged to review the Architect of Record’s construction documentation prior to the start of construction and then provide periodic site visits during the execution of the exterior envelope construction.
