Haverford Library

The Haverford Township Free Library, in Haverford, PA is a 2-story building with several low-slope roof levels. TBS was obtained to investigate/assess the building exterior including roof membrane systems, walls, windows, doors, and caulking [sealants] across all elevations of the building to identify the chronic water infiltration at various areas around the building and develop a plan for remediation of the any discovered deficiencies. TBS also provided the necessary Design and Documentation, Bid/Award and Construction Administration Phases services for the roof replacement project.
