Amtrak Station - Wilmington, DE

Located in Wilmington Delaware, the AMTRAK Wilmington Station is a historically significant building which consists of building beneath the train tracks and platforms. TBS was engaged by Bernardon Haber Holloway PC to investigate the existing water infiltration into the station building and provide the necessary design and documentation, and construction administration phase services to waterproof the train tracks above the building, in conjunction with the Restoration and Renovation project of the Wilmington Station.
