Princeton University - Stadium Window Retrofit

Princeton Stadium, completed in 1998, stands on the site that was once Palmer Stadium. Princeton Stadium has a seating capacity of 27,800, with room for more than 30,000 in the building. The press box and luxury boxes are located above the west side upper deck. These interior spaces protected from the exterior with large pivot insulated glass windows. Subsequent to the completion of the Stadium, water infiltration occurred within the press box and luxury boxes. The University engaged TBS to investigate the source of the infiltration and develop a plan for remedial measures to correct the discovered deficiencies in the thermal isolator within the frame section of the installed window system.
