Commonwealth Center

Commonwealth Centre is a 101-acre fully integrated mixed-use development site in Westfields, VA. The site is approved for the development of more than 1 million SF of office space and 340,000 SF of hotel and retail space. The entire development is being designed to meet the requirements of LEED using the Multiple Buildings on Campus Guide. This $500 million project functions as a corporate destination with two $22 million office buildings, on-site restaurants, service retail, hotel and dining. TBS was engaged by BPG Properties. Ltd to provide the technical review of design and construction documentation relating to the building envelope, the execution of the work, review shop drawings, and provide site observation during construction.
