Spring Ridge Forecourt

Spring Ridge Corporate Center is a four-story, 336,000 square foot class A office building. TBS was engaged by BPG Properties, Ltd. one of the nation’s leading private equity fund managers. to design and document the plans for the renovation of the main entrance forecourt at Spring Ridge. The objective of the renovation was to correct ongoing problems related to the existing interlocking brick paver system currently in place at the plaza and pergolas and the pre-cast concrete steps at the entrance rotunda. In addition TBS addressed and redesigned site lighting as it relates to the entry sequence through the forecourt and at the building entrance.
