3 Mill Road

Three Mill Road located in Wilmington, DE, is an existing three-story building in the shape of an upside-down pyramid, with floor to ceiling glass on the majority of all four elevations. TBS was obtained by the Buccini Pollin Group to perform an evaluation/assessment of the existing conditions of the glazing system to identify the source of water infiltration as well as provide the professional services for the Design and Documentation, Bid/Award and Construction Administration Phases services for the repair project.
