18 Tremont Street

Constructed in 1902, the 18 Tremont Street building is located in downtown Boston, MA. The main façade is a tan colored brick with punched opening windows with ornamental bands across the Tenth and Eleventh Floors. TBS was first engaged by the client to assess the exterior components of the building including an overview and evaluation of the wall system, roof, roof decks, windows and waterproofing issues at the façades. The design for the proposed exterior building repairs at 18 Tremont Street included the removal and replacement of all the existing windows as well as miscellaneous masonry repairs across all elevations of the building. All work was completed by December 2009.
